The Programme Manager will develop and deliver Internationalisation of Higher Education (IHE) programmes, including new Higher Education Partnerships (HEP) business streams (transnational education, university partnerships for industry engagement, institutional partnerships) and English for education system, working with partners in the Philippines and the UK to achieve the objectives of the Philippines Country Plan and East Asia Regional Plan.

WHAT IS INTERESTING ABOUT IT 

The Programme Manager, Education is a new role. The post holder will be responsible for supporting our strategy on Education in the Philippines. Our current flagship programme, Internationalising Higher Education (IHE), supports higher education through policy dialogues, facilitating international collaborations and capacity building. In the Philippines, British Council is working with the Commission on Higher Education and Department of Education on education programmes and facilitate forming partnerships.

 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 

To be considered, you need to possess a Bachelor’s degree with experience in the Philippines education sector. You will have proven experience of programme management, including financial management and knowledge of the education system in Philippines and UK.
