This role will be responsible for setting up the operational resourcing function within the cluster/large country under the new Global Exams Operating Model, coaching and training staff and working closely with the Commercial Development Manager to ensure pipeline of available resource is sufficient, plan to optimise available venue staff and exam resources given demand, communicate effectively when working virtually  and to advise country counterparts on best options to resolve operational issues.

Role overview

You will be involved in Product Service Delivery, reviews capacity demands with Commercial counterparts and develops short term and long term Resourcing Strategy (i.e. for staff and partners involved in delivery of exams products and services) and to manage internal/external SLA's (Service Level Agreements), with HR to ensure strong pipeline of skilled and motivated resource pool to support exams delivery. You will also be responsible for end-to-end accountability for researching and obtaining satisfactory and timely resolution of complex/escalated customer (internal or external) operational complaints and issues, coordinating input from other colleagues/departments/managers as required, to do so.

To be able to qualify for this role, you will  be require to have experience of developing and delivering accurately a large resourcing plan to meeting capacity requirements, you will also be require to have knowledge/ experience in child protection policies and practices.

You will also be require to have experience working in an exams environment and knowledge of PSN standards for management of examiners and experience or ability to manage large remote teams of non-permanent resource including oversight of performance and also knowledge of British Council EDI and recruitment policy’s and standards.
