The UK Student Ambassador campaign shows that the UK offers not only world-class education but also life-changing experiences. The programme was conceptualised to give Filipinos an insight on living and studying in the UK from Filipino students themselves. During the duration of their courses, the UK Student Ambassadors give a localised element to topics ranging from ‘How to find accommodation’ to ‘London on a student budget’.
Every month, the ambassadors produce photographs, videos and essays chronicling their student lives. By talking about their personal experiences, they introduce the UK as a destination for education, give guidance to Filipinos interested in pursuing a course overseas, and inspire other potential students to the UK’s higher education offerings.
