We aim to enhance the capacity of the Committee on Computerization and Libraries (CCL). As the designated entity of the Supreme Court, these posts will help to effectively and efficiently procure relevant IT equipment, projects and services further developing, installing and operating the eCourt Ver. 2.0 software.

Role overview

This mission would enhance the administrative and financial capability of the Supreme Court, more specifically the CCL in the procurement of IT equipment, projects and services. In particular, the mission would entail helping the CCL and the newly created eCourt Project Steering Committee (eCourt PSC)1 procure the needed expertise for the development of eCourt Ver. 2.0.

A dedicated eCourt PSC will fast-track the procurement processes and other related activities for the development of the software. Under the supervision of the CCL, the non-key experts (NKE) will:

  • assist the eCourt PSC,
  • study policies related to procurement of IT equipment, services and projects, and
  • develop options to procure the necessary equipment and services for eCourt 2.0 software.

In addition, the NKE will support the review/update of the Terms of Reference for eCourt version 2.0 to ensure that it is consistent with the current policy and direction of the Supreme Court in terms of network infrastructure.
