This 21 October, we and the British Embassy will hold the virtual Newton Agham Fund reception. The event will gather Newton Agham stakeholders and grant awardees to celebrate stories of impact in the last seven years.

Since 2014, the Newton Agham Fund has supported UK and Philippine researchers and institutions to study and develop science and innovation partnerships that promote the economic development and social welfare of the Philippines. To celebrate key science and innovation milestones of the Fund and further communicate the work of our Newton Agham network to a wider audience, the British Council in the Philippines and the British Embassy Manila will be co-hosting an online reception event. Listen to and engage with our government partners, the scholars, leading researchers and the UK’s scientific adviser on ODA’s international impact. This virtual activity will highlight the impact of Newton grants and their stories created through the grant experience.
