Eighteen Filipino artists and groups working in the Bangsamoro region joined the five-day Art of Peace workshop. UK-based organisation The Change Collective facilitated the workshop that we led together with Xavier University.
Held on 13–17 January 2020, Art of Peace encouraged the use of the arts as an alternative approach that brought people together in post-conflict communities. It also aimed to increase peace, safety and prosperity of vulnerable and at-risk Bangsamoro communities and promoted an enabling environment for peace.
