Project Governance
The Project Advisory Committee provides overall guidance and direction to the project to ensure attainment of goals. The Committee makes decisions on key technical, cost, management, cultural and personnel issues.
The following is the composition of the Advisory Committee:

The Technical Review Committee (TRC) serves as clearing house for all the programmes and actions before being acted upon by the Advisory Committee. The TRC is also responsible in the assessment and evaluation of proposals to be submitted by Philippine HEIs for grant funding under the Project.
The Project Manager takes overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring and completion of the Project.
The Project Consultant provides technical advice and assistance to the Project Team in designing, executing and monitoring project activities. The Consultant is also expected to provide technical inputs/guidance to the Advisory Committee on key issues related to UK IHE/TNE.

The Project Secretariat is responsible for convening meetings of the Advisory Committee and the Review Committee and for providing technical, financial, administrative and coordinative assistance on the preparation, conduct and monitoring of project activities.
